How do we train a workforce for the the 21st century, if potential learners are computer illiterate? How will proper low cost training occur. I guess a two layered response would be fitting. The first step is to establish a computer aptitude test that will give feedback on learners knowledge . Next, the facilitator has to determine the best way to deliver learning the chamber material.
