How far along the digital road we must travel in order to get our educational system in order? Accessible training has to be available to average citizens. The logistics of of delivering these training services could be difficult. How will the Federal government create these methods of delivery?

Web 2.0
Web 2.0 tools are changing the learning dynamic in our lives.
This technology is pushing formal learning more to the center of non formal learning. Instead of the two types of learning being seen recognized as opposite, Web 2.0 tools are bringing them closer. Good or bad, only time will tell!
